Website Purchases

Can I change my order after paying?

It is possible to change your order after payment is made, but only if your order has not been packed. Please drop us an email at admin@vivasports.co as soon as you can and we will see what can be done. If your order has already been packed or shipped, no further change can be made.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, shipping is free within Singapore for orders of S$50 and above.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we want you to be satisfied with Young products and have you covered if they're not working exactly right for you. You can return your order within 14 days after an order has been delivered, provided that the item(s) are in original condition. Please read our Returns Policy for more information.

Do you offer warranty for your products?

Yes, products that are sold on our website (excluding consumables) are covered by the Viva Warranty. We have introduced this policy to give you a greater peace of mind during purchase. Please read the Viva Warranty for more information.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a track & trace code by mail. This way you can track your order.

Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before the track & trace is available. Can't track your package after 48h? Please send us an email and we will contact the shipping company.

How do I buy in large quantities?

Do you supply to retailers?

Yes, we welcome retailers to carry Young products. Please send us an email at admin@vivasports.co or WhatsApp us at +65 8888 5858 to inquire.

Do you offer customisation services?

Printing services are available for team purchases of apparel.

Do I have to create an account on your website?

No, you don't have to create an account. However, we strongly recommend that you create an account so that you can take advantage of the various benefits it offers. For example, you will be able to access your account easily the next time you visit us, and you will also be able to get personalized recommendations and services tailored to your needs. By creating an account with us, you will be able to make the most out of our services and save time in the future.

How do I change my account password?

If you have forgotten your password, don't worry. You can easily reset it by clicking the 'forgot password' link.
