Refund policy
Viva Sports is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with Young products. We have you covered if they're not working exactly right for you - Customers can return their order within 14 days after an order has been delivered.
Products must be returned in their original condition with the labels, wrapping and original packaging still attached. Any products purchased in a set must be returned as a set. Partial Returns of a set cannot be processed.
If the products that are received by Viva Sports are in non-original condition or do not follow the policies described here, you will be notified and the product will be held by us for 14 days before being destroyed. If you require the returned product, you will need to pay SG$10 for the return shipping back to you within 14 days from the date of notification.
Exceptions: In order to ensure you are getting products with the highest standard of hygiene and quality, we do not accept returns for certain items including:
- Rackets with String/Grip customization
- Socks
- Wrist Bands
- Towels
- Shuttlecocks (Nylon or Feather)
- Grips
